刀組式高速粉碎機（分散機） Cutter-type High Speed Pulverizer (Dispersion Machine)

一、工作原理及應用范圍介紹Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application

橫向高速旋轉的主軸帶動固定于主軸上的多組縱向粉碎剪切刀對物料進行剪切分散。物料經主軸下方的副剪切粉碎刀組進行再次剪切粉碎從而達到所需物料粒度下出料。廣泛應用于流水生產線上的K₂CO₃、Na₂CO₃、肥料、化工、飼料、粉末冶金等行業。

The main shaft rotating at high speed on the horizontal direction drives multiple vertical shearing cutters fixed on the principal shat to shear and disperse the materials. The materials are sheared and pulverized by the assistant shearing/pulverizing cutter below the main shaft to the required grain size, and then discharged. This equipment is widely applied in the K₂CO₃, Na₂CO₃, fertilizer, chemical, feed and powder metallurgy for streamline production.

二、特點Characteristics

1、物料在多組縱向高速刀具的作用下進行細化、分散，對結晶團聚物料具有非常好的分散粉碎作用。

2、粉碎過程不會停留，故物料不會發熱。

3、系統配有自動冷卻、自動潤滑系統，保障裝備進行生產線連續長時間工作。

4、粉碎細度通過主、副粉碎刀組轉速來調控。

1. The materials are refined and dispersed by multiple vertical high-speed cutters; and there is very good dispersion and pulverizing effect to the crystallized and agglomerated materials.

2. The pulverizing process is continuously, so there is no heat generated.

3. The system is equipped with automatic cooling and lubricating system to ensure the continuous long time operation of equipment on the production line.

4. The fineness degree is adjusted by the rotating speed of main and assistant pulverizing cutters.
