一、用途Usage

本設備適用于制藥、生物、食品、化工等行業，常用于中藥提取液、精細化工溶液等蒸發。

    This equipment is applied to evaporate extracting liquid from Chinese traditional medicine and fine chemical liquid etc. used in such fields as pharmacy, biology, food and chemical industry etc.

二、特點characteristics

1. 該設備結構緊湊，占地面積小。內外精密拋光，符合GMP要求。

2. 設備主要由加熱器、蒸發器、消泡器、冷凝器、受液罐等組成。

3. 采用常/減壓操作，蒸發溫度低、速度快，各儀表閥門配置合理方便操作。

1. The equipment has precise structure and small space available. It’s polished in both internal and external side in accordance with GMP requirements.

2. It’s mainly made up of heater, evaporator, foam-breaker, condensor and receive tank etc.

3. With normal pressure or decompressing operation, the temperature of evaporating is low, and speed is higher. Each instrumentation valve is well arranged for easier operation
