一、用途Usage
本設備適用于制藥、生物、食品、化工等行業，常用于中藥提取液、精細化工溶液等蒸發。
This equipment is applied to evaporate extracting liquid from Chinese traditional medicine, fine chemical liquid etc. used in such fields as pharmacy, biology, food and chemical industry etc.
二、特點Characteristics
采用三效同時蒸發，二次蒸汽得到充分利用，節能效果顯著。設備內外精密拋光，符合GMP要求。
1. 設備主要由一二三效加熱器、一二三效蒸發器、消泡器、冷凝器、受液罐等組成。
2. 采用減壓操作，蒸發溫度低、速度快，各儀表閥門配置合理方便操作。
triple-effect evaporating means the vapor can be abundantly used twice, which economizes energy remarkably. It’s polished in both internal and external side in accordance with GMP requirements.
It’s mainly made up of triple-effect heater, evaporator, foam-breaker, condenser and receive tank etc.
With decompressing operation, the temperature of evaporating is low, and speed is higher. Each instrumentation valve is well arranged for easier operation.
