一、工作原理及應用范圍介紹 Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
谷米以及豆類在蒸汽噴射浸潤蒸煮作用下淀粉會熟化變成糊精的過程為蒸飯。
本裝備適用于對米類、豆類、蔬菜類、瓜果類、薯類等進行自動蒸煮熟化、殺青等工藝要求,特別適用于醪糟的蒸煮、大型工廠、學校食堂米飯的二次蒸煮(改善米飯口感)、豆瓣廠的蒸煮、蕎米蕎飯的二次蒸煮、方便米飯的二次蒸煮等。
Rice streaming refers to the process of starchof rice and beansripened and converted into dextrin under the steam jet, wetting and cooking.
This equipment is applicable to automatic cooking, ripening, waterremoving of rice, beans, vegetables, melons and fruits, and potatoes, especially applicable to the steaming of fermented glutinous rice, secondary steaming of rice for large-scale factory and schoolcanteen (improving the rice taste), cooking of chili bean sauce factory, and secondary steaming of buckwheat rice and instant rice.
