一、工作原理及應用范圍介紹   Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application

本機上部采用快拆式手柄，把整機連成一個整體，上蓋采用全密封、有效防止物料在過篩時由于振動而產生粉塵飛揚。篩體下部安裝振動電機，有效保證了物料的結構緊溱，下部采用彈簧減振，使整機在平穩狀態下工作，下面底部采用可調試，可微調篩面傾斜角度，根據物料特性以取得理想的過篩效果。該機廣泛應用于制藥、食品、雞精、化工、飼料、獸藥、礦產、糧食等行業的連續大批量生產運行。

The fast disassembly-type handle is provided at the upper part of the equipment to integrate the whole machine; the cover is fully sealed to effectively prevent the flying dust due to vibration during the material screening. The vibration motor is installed at the lower part of the screen to effectively ensure the compact structure of materials; the spring vibration attenuation is adopted at the lower part to ensure the whole machine operating at stable status, and adjustable incline angle of screen at the lower part may be adjusted according to the material property to obtain the best screening effect. This equipment is widely applied in thepharmacy, food, chicken essence, chemical, feed, veterinary drug, mineral, and grain industries for continuously large-batch production and operation.
